Facilitator
As a trained group facilitator, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and mom of a child with a disability and medical needs, I feel called to provide a space to develop supportive community and friendships.
I'm a former school counselor, I'm experienced in facilitating a group in a trauma-informed and healing way.
I've deeply experienced the vast emotions that can accompany raising a child with a disability and medical needs.
I can't wait to meet you and welcome you to our group.
